TR Colletta

TR Colletta is a San Francisco‑based painter celebrated for his transfixing images of iconic objects of 20th-century American design, which are magnified to a monumental scale, and commandingly realized in oil on linen.

In 2025, Skidmore Contemporary Art presented TR Colletta: As Time Goes By, marking the artist's second solor exhibition with our gallery since 2023. 

Colletta’s work is in the permanent collection of the Burchfield Penney Art Museum in Buffalo, New York; as well as the corporate collection of Delta Airlines at Delta One Sky Club at JFK, the collections of Fleet Boston Financial, Price-Waterhouse, and the Hartford Insurance Company.

His work has been covered by American Art Collector, Artnews, Artworks Magazine, The Hartford Courant, and USA Today.
